MS Project Server integration with SAP PS through PI/XI

Hi All

We have solution OpenPS4MSP to import/export Projects from/to MS Project and SAP PS. However, is there a possibility to

- Integrate SAP Project Server with SAP PS, and

- Auto-sync projects, updated either in MS Project (Server) or SAP PS?

To my analysis, we need to configure Web Services for SAP PS. Also, MS Project Server SDK is available to generate XML for web-service. However, I'm still unsure for developing the synchronization automatic? Is there any way to do the connectivity?

Nayab

Integration using PI/SOAP protocol through webservice is possible to integrate betweem MS project server and SAP PS. But supporting synchronous or aynchronous fully based on end system.

Thanks Baskar for your reply

Can you please endorse if the following activities are needed to perform for its implementation

1. Using MS EPM SDK, create mapping data (XML)

2. Windows Synchronization Service to detect changes in MS EPM

3. SAP PI / XI for web-services

4. BAPIs to update SAP PS project

The same goes to sync SAP PS with MS EPM in reverse order.

Plus, is there standard implementation document available as provided to integrate MS EPM with cProjects?

There are many forum posts for which all replies are related to knowledge sharing, possibility and idea sharing. I don't find any post related to its actual implementation.
