Whats happended to the generated Http destinations in SM59 in NW 7.02

We using a ERP 6.0 Ehp5 system which is based on Netwaever 7.02 and we are trying to get DuetE reporting scenario working.

When creating a logical port for a consumer proxy in SOAMANAGER based on previous versions of Netweaver one could retrieve the GUID of the generated Http destination from the Aditional Information tab in the details of the logical port. Following that, one could use the GUID to find the http destination in SM59 and edit user settings.

In NW702, The generated http destinations are no longer visible in SM59, and the http destination field is gone from SOAMANAGER. Does any one know what happend? Are the generated http destinations simply not visible anymore because, for example, anychanges to them should be made through SOAMANAGER?

Hi,

This behaviour (i.e. auto-creation of an HTTP RFC destination when configuring a logical port) was discontinued since NW 7.02.

The reason is as Adam has suggested, any changes should be made through SOAMANAGER as a single point of entry.
