This is a simple permissions error, is <sid>adm and SAPservice<sid> local admins?

What user did you logon with?

Is R3trans -x working fine?

As a temporary solution just execute the R3load and give full permissions to all the contents of sapinst directory.

You have to execute the command continously.

I tried to give permission to this file, the problem seems the same. I think during the installation it will automatically change the user to sidadm.

If I update the R3load, will it be able to solve the problem?

Hi,

Mine Suggestion is a higher update the patch level of the R3ldctl Export tool. Just you can try the latest from Service Marketplace.

It will be help to you.

I tried to read the thread provided. However, I had tried with the method before without success. I created the file and granted the authorization, but the result is still the same.

Hello,

Try to refer following thread,

Either you don't have the latest R3load (kernel files for systemcopy) etc. OR SAPinst is not able to access R3ldctlExport.log file due to permission issues. Try to check whether SAPinst did create this log file or not yet in installation logs directory.

If this file does exist there then the problem seems authorization/permission to access the file. By which user you did execute the export ? Try to use sidadm.

Thanks
