Service Users in Tab Informer

Hi all,

Is it possible to view Service Users instead of Dialog Users in Infomer Tab. In afirmative case, It would be possible to view just Service Users?

Ok,

I've changed in Configuration>Default Values>Default user type for risk analysis to Service and now the Informer Tab shows only Service Users. Next question is, it would be possible to perform the risk analysis with Dialog and Service users at the same time (and then refresh informer with Dialog and Service users)?

Hi,

In 5.3 is is only possible to report on either ALL user types or a single one.

Therefore it is not possible to report onboth SERVICE and DIALOG in the same report unless you also want the other types of users as well.

However, in 10.0, it is absolutely possible to have multiple values for the selection parameters.
