availability check screen during sales order creation

Hello All,

I have the same issue as this one

We want to see the availability check screen during sales order creation. The one with Delivery proposal. However, this screen only appears to selected materials. I have checked the following:

1. In tcode: OVZJ, fields were blank meaning that the screen should appear.

2. In tcode: OVZ8, Schedule line CP is all ticked for AvC, Rq and All.

3. In tcode: VOV8, I chose my sales doc type. proposed Delivery Date is ticked and Lead time in days is in 1. I tried to remove the tick and put 0 for lead time in days. Nothing's changed.

4. In Customer Master, Sales area -> shipping tab, Complete Delivery is not ticked and Partial Delivery is blank.

I have checked all of this and yet issue is occuring. Please help.

The screen will only appear in the case of the requested date or quantity not being met. It will not appear when the requested date/quantity are met by the system.

in the material master you need to maintain MRP type PD field in MRP view.

and compare strategy group with other material which you are getting AV screen.

I have checked their strategy group. It is 40-Planning with final assembly.

The MRP type for some is PD and some are M0. I have seen an example that has MRP type PD but still the screen does not appear.

Kindly compare the Availability check in all the Materials in Material Master.
