Restriction Authorization for Project Structure (CJ20n)

Hi Experts,

We have given authorization for project structure (CJ20n) to our end users, but we want to control / restrict following activities from end user id for project

1. Undo / Revoke u2013 TECO

2. Set u2013 Business Completion

3. Undo / Revoke u2013 Business Completion

Pls guide me how we can restrict above activities from end user id.

Hi,

Make use of User Status to achieve this. You can also have authorization based control for these User Statuses. To understand more about how to use User Status, refer SAP Help or search the forum.
