CN25 Taking "too long" after applying Multi-language

Hi,

After we applied the Multi-language, the CN25 is taking much longer to run (from 1 sec to 12 secs aprox.). That issue is making impossible our CN25 job, (we do it daily, and it's taking 36 hours!).

Does any one have any solutions, or tips that could fix this?

Hi Marco,

Normally the bad performance could be caused by the volume (amount of records per execution). Could you

please reduce it? This will improve the response time.

Hello Gokul,

Let me try to explain more datailed.

We created a table (CNLDST_SHORTTX) that stores the multilangue information, so we could write down information in several languages in the short text description fields.

We ran the CN25 and traced it's way, and found that it was reading the table in it's process, making it take too long (around 12 sec). Than we deactivated the multilanguage and ran the CN25 again, and it only took 1 sec to run. We don't even know why the system reads this table when runs CN25.
