NIECONN_REFUSED(WSAETIMEOUT:Connection timed out

Hi All,

We have installed SRM,EP,XI, CE, ECC on our windows 2008 Server.

I am able to start and stop all the servers from SAP MMC without any problem.

All of sudden, today I am not able to stop and start the servers in SAP MMC.

Whenever I try ot stop and start, I am getting the error as

NIECONN_REFUSED (Connection refused), NiRawConnect failed in plugin_fopen()

Checking Stop Permission on http://server:50613 Failed:

NIECONN_REFUSED (Connection refused), NiRawConnect failed in plugin_fopen()

Identify what process ID binded TCP/50613 under PID column, by the command below;

netstat -a -o > out.txt

Search "50613" string in the out.txt and find the process id. It should be allocated by "sapstartsrv".

Hi Orkun,

I am facing issue in all systems in SAPMMC. For XI i am getting this. but for other systems I am getting only the first line of error.

Hi Ponnusamy,

If it will not make a problem, reboot the server
