I have a requirement in SAP APO Alert Monitor wherein for PP/DS alerts, Alert type: SALES ORDER IN PAST, customer wishes to see the alerts on basis of confirmation date. Precisely speaking, currently Sales order in past alert is shown when the date when Sales order comes in APO goes in past.
But what they need is suppose sales order has come in APO today and confirmation date for it proposed by system is from 3 days counting from toady, then this alert should only come after the 3rd day, i.e. in situation when confirmation date has gone in past and delivery is not yet done.
Alert should not be displayed for the days between today and the 3rd day as SO has already been taken into consideration and is confirmed on 3rd day.
Sincerely looking for some helping hand on this..
