Network Activity: System/User Status - Change Documents

Hi All,

I am trying to search change documents for NWA and I am folllowing path as NWA > System/User status (i blue icon) >Extras > change document > All

This option I am gettting grayed out and not able to access. Doe it access issue - if so which access I need ?

Please suggest.

Hi,

First Maintain Network Type (order type) in OPSC and then maintain this order type with plant combination in Network type Parameters in OPUV. In OPUV, you can check - change documents check box based on your requirement. This Network type you'll assign in Network profile and subsequently this Network profile in Project profile. Based on these settings, if we select the change documents check box in Network type parameters, it'll be greyed out/displayed.

Hi,

If you have already maintained the setting for change documnets, then you can use CN60 to view the list of changes.

Hi Swapnil,

In the transaction OPUV, ensure check box is checked for 'OrdstatChangeDoc', 'OpstatchangeDoc', 'Matstatchangedoc' & 'PRTstatChangedoc' in addition to 'Change document' (assuming material planning, etc. are being used in your business process). Change documents for Network header status will be active by making these settings.
