Loading InteractiveForm takes to much time

Hello all,

we want to integrate Adobe interactive Forms. I've not encountered any problems integrating the InteractiveForm. Everything is fine, but loading time of the form is not acceptable.

It does not matter which browser I use. Displaying the interactiveForm take up to 30 seconds; to be able to edit additionally 10 seconds. I think this is a WDA+InteractiveForm issue. Our test form is very small (just one input field), so it is not "download-time".

I am using Adobe Reader X on Win XP.

With such a bad performance we can't use InteractiveForms.

Any idea how I can make it faster?

See SAP note 999998, there are some tips how to improve the performance of interactive forms.

Which Adobe Reader version are you using exactly? 10.0? Upgrade to the newest available Adobe Reader version (10.1.0 at the moment). Version 10.0 is very slow when a form is opened in the browser.
