Solution Manager Installation Error- MySAP.com has stopped working

Hi,

I have started installation of Solution Manager 7.1 on Windows server 2007 Enterprise Edition. The installation stopped at the phase Configure System Landscape Directory and prompted the screen with the below information

MySAP.com has stopped working

Windows can check online for a solution to the problem

-->Check online for a solution and close the programe

-->close the programe

Are all the system requirements met ?

Check the installation guide and complete all the patches etc.

Hi,

Restarted the sapinst, even then the same issue.

I was mistaken and the windows version is 2008 R2.

Hi,

I do not think this version of Windows server would be supported.

Check http://service.sap.com/pam for supported OS/DB. You need to user either Windows Server 2003 or 2008. Suggest to go for 2008(R2).
