Regarding CST & LST condition type configuartion in sap sd

Hi

I am configuring CST & LST tax condition type in V/06 & assigning it to pricing procedure in V/08.

also is there any need to assign these condition type in OBQ3 in TAXINN procedure.

No. That is not mandatory.

As TAXINN is a Condition Based calculation, inserting the CST & VAT Conditions in Pricing Procedure in V/08 & maintaining Tax Code in Tax Condition Records (with OB40 GL Account Determination) is enough.
