Hi Expers
In my scenario,R/3 system is sending IDOC's to FTP(POS) server, but issue was occured in generating the flat files for 3 articles.
Can anybody please tell me the steps how to resolve this issue...

Raj
Hi Raj
First check where message got stuck.
Step 1: Check IDoc in R3 system using we02. it should be green status 03
Step 2: Check message in sxmb_moni of PI. it should be chekkerred flag
Step 3: Check message in communication channel monitoring in RWB of PI. it should be successful.
After knowing the cause of issue you can solve it.
Do post the status to analys it further.

Raj

Plz go to trace in left pane of message (Open message in sxmb_moni then expend the tree under message transformation, click on trace). and then scroll extreme down of the traces' ( There you will find the exact reason of failure ). copy paste that part here.
Along with this take the payload from payload section and paste it directly in graphical mapping's test tool and execute there. You will get to know the issue in data.
