Hi Experts,
I am getting error "catalog connection failed" whenever I'm copying an item from old shopping carts.
We are using third party catlog for shopping by using NWBC portal (not using any proxy).
Even we tried the Note 1456659 (its for MDM not for NWBC) but still getting same error.
Please help me out to rectify this issue.
Hi,
check the SRM MDM server
1.Restart the MDM Console
2. Restart the MDM Data manager
3. Restart the MDM import manager
(or)
Check the Old SC material from which catalog it is created ,that catalog will be deleted in the MDM server.

We had similar issue and SAP suggested we look @ ICM Logs.
Tx SMICM->Goto->Trace Files->Display all.
Found below error in our case
ERROR in ssl3_get_server_certificate: (9/0x0009) the
verification of the server's certificate chain failed
ERROR in af_verify_Certificates: (27/0x001b) Chain of certificates is
incomplete
Once Basis Fixed the certificate chain, issue was resolved.
