Shooping Cart Approval delegation in SRM

Is there any functionality in SRM 5.0 that will allow either a super user or SRM administrator to go into someones inbox and assign a substitute approver for them?

We have users that go out on vacation and forget to assign a substitute to approve their shopping carts. We are trying to avoid having to go into the workflow and forward or bypass approvers. We are using transactions SWIA to forward work items and SWI5 to determine what work items need to be completed by users.

Hello Yvetta,

Administrator can use RMPS_SET_SUBSTITUTE report in order to maintain substitutes for any user.

Make substitution as "Personal", not for "Positions".
