Fixed date & Quantity field in item level

Hi All

I would like to understand in detail about the usage of fixed date & qty field in the Sales order line item level on the below items

1. the impact of the this when used in Rush order level (where delivery is created immediately) & when the line is partially confirmed.

2. the impact of this in a regular sales order when it is partially confirmed & when the material used in this sales order is run for re-availability check using V_V2 or V_RA along with other sales orders created later.
