make field mandetory in access sequence

Hi experts,

i have created a new access sequence z001 using standard condition table (e.g. 306). My requirement is to make some fields mandetory in this access (such as proc stas i.e. whenever user maintain condition record for this cond type , system should ask for value in this mandatory field. currently my others field such as sales org, div, material, price list etc are by default mandetory. how this field status is being controlled?

please suggest. this is very urgent

In t.code V/05, create a new table (for example 906) by copying table 306. When creating the table, in the field overview, click on the button technical view. In the next screen, against the fields for which you want to be mandatory, check the box under column Key then save (generate the table). This will make the key as mandatory.

thanx for your reply. But can we do this in access sequence level?

my situation is I cant create any additional tables. And also I cant make changes in that existing table as it is being used in other access seq as well.

Why don't you use Transaction Variant to make the field Processing status as mandatory ?
