SRM Mails in user management

Hello,

I am working on SRM 4.0.

Currently we are receiving mails while user creation which contains Automatically generated password and sent to user Email id.

I have some queries.

1. How these mails are generated ( I have checked for User exit and Badis but no luck)

2. These mails are only generated in production enviroment not in quality and development is any specail configuration required.

Hi,

Check any of the WF 10000223 , 10000224 activate. Technically the method 'ResetPasswordANDMail' in the BOR BUS4101 use to send the mail notification with password. check the workflow log in SWI2_FREQ and see which task trigger to send password email.

When you say user creation, do you mean SU01? Can you provide details?
