Defintely Not. Web Dynpro is a closed rendering environment which doesn't allow you to insert your own HTML or JavaScript. The value to this is that development is easier because developers don't have to know complicated HTML or JavaScript but get powerful features provided by the framework (personalization, ajax delta handling, drag and drop, etc). It also has a consistent look and feel from one application to another. Web Dynpro is therefore not suitable for the recreation of existing, highly custom look and feels of other web pages.
