Hi
The inspection plan is assigned to automatically
How to Delete the inspection plan assigned to an inspection lot ?
I need to assign later after changing the inspection plan
Thanks
Hi,
If Result Recording is not started i.e. lot is in REL mode, goto QAC3-Reset Sample Calculation, give Inspection Lot no. and Save. This will bring the Inspection Lot in CRTD mode.

Hi Alagesan,
No need to delete. The step at which you have arrived is correct. Just follow this further.
1. Carry out necessary changes in inspection plan through QP02
2. Go to QA02. Go to Insp. Specifications tab.
3. Here is the confusion. Even if you see the group number has already been assigned, just click on Task list/spec.
4. It assigns the same group again with modified parameters with same group.
Just try it!

Hello Alagesan,
Thatu2019s correct. I also experienced the same and could not find the exact way for doing this.
However if the requirement is so essential to add these parameters in the same inspection lot, I think additional characteristics can serve this purpose as an alternative. Go to results tab, and click on + symbol. It cannot add operation but at least would ensure the parameters of second operation are getting covered in this lot.
Anyhow you have changed the inspection plan in QP02 by adding one more operation, it would take effect from next lot.
Try if works for you!

Anand
Hi,
Go to QAC3- Reset sample calculation, put the inspection lot number and save.
Now make the necessary changes to the inspection plan, or even create a new inspection for the material. (QP01/QP02)
Now go to QA02- Change inspection lot, Click on inspection specifications, the new inspection plan will be assigned.
Make sure that you change the key date to today's date (the date when you made changes to the inspection plan)
Then click on sample so that sample size will be created.
Now go can do results recording with the new inspection plan
