QM Configuration settings to migrate to a new plant

Dear all,

In a project where I'm working we are closing one company code and moving everything to a new company code.

All the organizational estructure will be copy, but as I'm new to QM (just need to make a cost and effort estimate), I'm wondering which customizing settings I will need to look at when checking all the activities.

Could you kindly help me with a list of topics to cover where I could look at? - I have already checked SAP SD best practise, but I understand that several points in there will be complete when copying plant...
