SRM-SC work flow issue

Hi Experts,

Scenario: Extended Classic

Issue: Shopping cart is showing as Approved status in ITS, but showing as Awaiting approval statusin BBP_PD.

Because of this inconsistency, there is no follow on document was created(PO)

Please help me, what could be the root cause and how to solve this issue
