QA02 : No inspection plan could be found Information message coming

Hi QM experts,

In QA02 change inspection lot , No inspection plan could be found information message is coming when

clicking on task list/spec. button in insp. specifications tab.

I am new to QM , kindly help me to sort out the issue.

Check following

check whether inspection plan is available for this material.If no then create it in QP01.

if yes then

1. Please check the Inspection Plan (QP01)header for Usage... it should be '05' Goods Reciept & Status '04' Released.

2.check the valid from date of the inspection plan,it should be prior to that of Inspection lot creation date

Thank you very much for your quick response.

Inspection plan is maintained for the material.

when i checked in QP03- INSPECTION PLAN,

2 RECORDS were maintained

1) usage 5 status 4 valid from 25.08.2011 valid to 31.12.9999

2) usage 9 status 4 valid from 25.08.2011 valid to 31.12.9999

But when i checked table QALS -Inspection lot record ,actually inspection lot created on 19.08.2011 .

CHANGED ON 24.08.2011.

Inspection type is 09.

In qa02 key date by default 24.08.2011 is coming.

I think the valid from date should be prior to creation date of lot.

kindly confirm.

Yes ..try to change the date in QA02 either 25.08.2011 or next or may be todays date & then click on inspection specification.

If rest of the things like usage and every thing is alright then task list will get attached.

As you said key date is changed to 25.08.2011.
