Inspection Skip based on Qty received and duration from supplier

Hi all,

1. Is possible to skip inspection based on Qty, we would like to skip the inspection after receving 10000 qty from supplier

2. Is possible to skip inspection based on duration, we would like to skip the inspection after one year starting from date of first goods receipt
