Hi All
I want to use report /sapapo/cppa report which gives mail alerts.
But it does not give me details of blockers.Kindly suggest is there any settings we need to do so that we can get the details
of cif blockers..

You are right /sapapo/cppa will just give you a notification saying CIF queue is blocked.
We also had similar requirement in our project and eventually we had to create a Zprogram which reads different tables related to queues like TRFCQOUT, TRFCQIN, check the status and also different types of queues have different nomenclature like
CFLD* - Initial transfer
CFSLS*- Sales order
CFST* - Stock
so by looking at the name it also tell us what kind of queue is stuck.
You may have to go ahead with the same option. I am sorry to say but standard /sapapo/CPPA is not very informative.
We run our Z program at regular intervals and get the alerts in case there is a block.
