is there any tcode to view the list of all the inspection plans available other than QP06 and QST04?????

Another alternative:

In QP03, leave fieldls blank. Click on "Group" dropdown to search for a group number.

Change max number of hits 9999 or leave blank. Leave all other fields blank.

Execute. All the inspection plans in the system shoudl be displayed. You can highlight and select all the records in the list use the copy/paste to paste the list into excel. Make sure you scroll to the bottom of the list before selecting and copying; other wise it won't copy all the records into the buffer.
