un-able to find arhived filestatus i MONI/Adapter engine

Hi All,

My scenario is file to poxy.

Today I am facing one issue like FILE is archived but un-able to find this status in MONI.

at the same time unable to find the successful messages in message monitoring also.

But business people doesnot get the same file.( means that was not reached to receiver )

How can I trace the status is it failed or process successfully in MONI/AE

can any one give solution forthis.

Hi naga,

Check the communication channel monitoring in RWB and check whether the sender communication channel is in green status?

It might be that your sender communication channel for the scenarios is in erroneous state.

communication channel also working properly.

Problem was resolved ..

but the problem is some system error messages are in AE. due to this problem related to this messages in waiting status in AE.

so we could not find this in moni.
