Tables IDOCREL & SRRELROLES Cleanup

Hi All,

We are in process of cleaning tables IDOCREL and SRREROLES as these contains huge amount of data which we checked we can delete.

To perform this activity we found Program RSRLDREL3 in Note 1452578 . We need to delete data of last five years from these tables . Program contains following options on execution:

Start Date

Start Time 00:00:00

End Date

Finish Time 23:59:59

Binary rel. type

Now issue is if I choose more than 1 week duration for any link type in program execution job get failed failed with error:

No Roll Memory

As we need to delete data of 5 years of several link type then it will be a very time consuming job to delete all data from these tables.

Please let me know do we have any other method available so that tables IDOCREL & SRRELROLES can be Cleaned up fast.

Hi,

You will need to open a case with SAP. It's their program, let them fix it.

Another option is to add a ton of memory on your server and adapt SAP memory parameters... not really a good option..!
