review mail send to approver

Hi,

I am having a strange issue in SRM 7 system(App Cont WFL) where the the approver after approving gets a review mail. Suppose there are 3 approvers and approver A,B approves the SC and it goes to Approver C, before approver C approves the SC the approver A gets a review mail like:

Check shopping cart of XYZ with total value 1000.

There are reviewers defined for the SC but they are different users.

I checked the workflow log in SWI6 and did not find the deadline to be reached but there was an extra step having the detail

Check shopping cart of XYZ with total value 1000. with the status Logically deleted

What does the status Logically deleted mean? Was the step executed and later deleted?

In the main node under step history I can see a line "Review workflow started" with the FM SWD_API_REVIEW_WF_START. Is there anyway to check where this FM was triggered in the workflow?
