Match and Compare WD components

Hi All,

I was checking SAP documentation on MDM WD config manager on Item Details and Result Set, it says about 'Merge' and 'Match' Components. It says about 'Default' & 'Pre configured compnents'

Does Default requires no action in MDM WD configurator??

And what does the Pre-configured mean, are we develping these in NWDS?

Any inputs will be apprecited.

if my memory is right

if you choose default, nothing else to do.

if you choose pre configured, you have to create a compare object in the configurator.

when you configure the item detail, you can put the name of the newly created object there.
