Document restriction

Hi Experts,

How to restrict different users for accessing same Document type based on certain additional fields?

for eg:if 2 users have access to create same document type, how to restrict displaying the documents based on some additional data entered by them.Can we restrict them using Authorization group? If so how we can do it?

Yes that one possibility or you can use (ACL) Access Control Lists

Thanx for your suggestion.There is Authorization group in CV01N.Can we restrict user permission based on this field.If so how can we achieve this?

You will restrict the authorization to a meber of authorization group for each document you the an authorization
