Hi Friends,
We have configured a sales doc type with immediate delivery indicator (A). We are creating these orders by inbound ORDERS05 Idocs.During IDoc processing, Sales order orders are created with Imcomplete items and Partial delivery is created immediately. As a result, sales orders are left out with open items, without any delivery. When the user manually making the items complete, system is expected to create another delivery for these items, since configuration is set up for immediate delviery. But this is not happening. (So we are forced to run a delivery due list) Is it a SAP system bug?? or any OSS notes can be implemented? Or is it a standard behaviour?
Experts opinion can be appreciated.
Thanks!
Kaleeswaran
Hi Kaleeswaran,
I guess you sales line item are not fully confirmed. The reason may be due to in-sufficient stock for that material or you have activated the Credit Management for this material and thus its schedule line is not getting fully confirmed thus the system is creating DN only for the confirmed quantity. If this is due to credit block you can run VKM3 and check if the DN gets created or you need to check for the stock.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Sumit
