How to delete service line items in PR from CJ20N

Dear All,

Service PR is created from CJ20N. It's having 10 line items.

Converted to PO.

If 2 line items in services are deleted from ME22N then the same 2 line items i've to delete

from PR in CJ20N?

How to carry out this task?

In CJ20N if i click services tab all 10 line items are greyed out

Hi,

you can try after deleting full PO, then from cj20n you should be able to edit PR.

Hi,

One option is to go to those line items in PR and check the "Closed" check mark in "Quantities / Dates" tab. This conveys that no PO needs to be created for these lines.
