Hi,

We had a Jump from BW Query in Portal (WEB) to a transaction in ECC.

The Jump is working as expected.

When i perform the jump from BW query to ECC,This is working as expected ECC transaction is executed with out any user account details (SSO)

But when i tried with other user account to perform the same jump it is displaying the error message

SSO logon not possible; browser logon ticket cannot be accepted

Can you please guide me how to fix this and i am expecting the jump to work with SSO so that users won't be required to provide account details

Thanks

Hi,

It might be possible that both the users are hitting different app server of your ECC system. Make sure that you have set SSO parameters on all app server of your ECC system.

Thanks
