Servicedesk BI reporting setup not possible

Hello

I need help in setting up BI reporting for Solution Manager Incident Management (Service desk).

I have created and configured new client (100) for solution manager. My Service Desk is operational, and now i want to set up BI reporting of incidents.

I tried to proceed as described in article [Service desk BI Reporting setup|http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/index?rid=/library/uuid/80330b3e-011f-2e10-438b-83c2e7bf09e7] , using client 001 as BI client, and 100 as source client.

Unfortunetely when i try to execute step of "Incident management reporting Setup", i get message "BI not configured properly".

I followed all the steps, but nothing works. Does anybody know how to perfom the setup?

Hi,

Have you done all the steps in the guide successfully? or some where ends with error or warning. Please check it again.

1)RFC are working fine.

2)BI source system activated in the source client and more.

You can recheck else with this too

And I saw ur query in other blog, NONE means connection to the system itself, since we are using solman as the BI system we are using RFC NONE for connection form solman to BW.

Thanks for the hints. I will retry with the EWA Config guide.

I'm aware that NONE means the same system, but there are 2 different clients - 001 and 100, and that's the point - i cannot activate BI Reporting using SVCP_SETUP, because it says that "BI is not configured". When i'm logged on in client 100, NONE destination points to client 100, and my BI client is 001. Do you think it's possible to change? I already tried to change client with SOLMAN_SETUP, even entering different system (not only different client), but i doesn't work.
