Hi experts,
Please advise. Thanks.
Q1. For the same output type, no way to assign multiple key combinations, right? E.g., the output type Z001 from delivery, can it has two the key combinations as follows: sales organization, sales organization / delivery type, sales organization / delivery type / ship to party?
Q2. For Q1, if we can do that, please advise the configuration steps.
Q3: For the same condition type, how to add more key combinations? E.g., the condition type ZPR0, how to add the new key combinations: price group / material?
Hi,
Q1. For the same output type, no way to assign multiple key combinations, right? E.g., the output type Z001 from delivery, can it has two the key combinations as follows: sales organization, sales organization / delivery type, sales organization / delivery type / ship to party?
You can Assign Multiple Key Combination to any number of Out puts through Access Sequence
Before Maintaining the Access Sequence you should maintain the Condition Table what are the Key Combination you want and assign those key combination tables into Access Sequence and assign that access Sequence to Condition type but as for my knowledge you can't assign multiple Assess Sequences to one Condition Type
Q2. For Q1, if we can do that, please advise the configuration steps.
1. Maintain the Condition Table
2. Maintain the Access Sequence and assign those Condition table into Access Sequence
3. Assign That Access Sequence to Condition type
for Out put Use the T-Code NACE
Q3: For the same condition type, how to add more key combinations? E.g., the condition type ZPR0, how to add the new key combinations: price group / material?
Refer Q1 Answer you will get answer
menu Path SPRO - Sales & Distribution --> Basic Functions -- > Pricing -- >Pricing Control
1. Define Condition Tables
2.Define Access Sequences
3.Define Condition Types
4.Define And Assign Pricing Procedures
5.Define Pricing By Item Category
I hope you understand
Please Check and Revert

Hi Cathy,
Q1. For the same output type, no way to assign multiple key combinations, right?
Answer: No you can assign multiple key combinations
E.g., the output type Z001 from delivery, can it has two the key combinations as follows: sales organization, sales organization / delivery type, sales organization / delivery type / ship to party?
Configuration steps:
step1: go to IMG>Logistic Execution>Shipping>Basic Shipping functions>Output Control>Out put Determination>Maintain Condition table>Maintain output condition table for deliveries
Create 3 table combinations of what you requirement example like
951-sales org
952-sales organization / delivery type
953-sales organization / delivery type / ship to party
save it
Step2: Maintain access sequence
Step3: Maintain output types, assign access sequence to output type
Step4: Maintain output determination procedure
Step5: Assign output determination procedure and output type to delivery document type
Q3: For the same condition type, how to add more key combination? E.g., the condition type ZPR0, how to add the new key combinations: price group / material?
if you want to add new key combination go to
IMG>Logistic Execution>Shipping>Basic Shipping functions>Output Control>Out put Determination>Maintain Condition table>Field catalog: Output for deliveries
Click on it
Go to new entries press F4
Field catalog list will open in that select choose KONDA -Price group then double click the field from the list of allowed fields
Once selected save it
Field catalog will have price group entry
Now maintain condition record for delivery output (VV21) with multiple key combination
Please update if you have any query

Krishna.
