Reports to determine sent mails per user in SOST

Hello,

We're doing assesment of our SAP system's email send activity.

There are millions of records in SAP Office tables like SOST, SOC3, SOFFCONT1 etc.

I'd like to know if there are any standard reports that would provide info on number of emails

sent per user that are visible in SOST?

Hi max,

I don't know of any standard reports.

However it is relatively easy to export data from transaction SOST to an Excel file,

and then use Data>Subtotal to get totals by Sender

Hi Tony,

We're talking about millions of records, it's not even feasible to extract the data by executing SOST and limiting 500 records each time. That would take forever to export 500 records to excel and finally getting statistics per user based on all the excel sheets.

Any suggestions !!

Hi Max

You can use Report "RSSOSOSTSTAT". Go to SE38 and select documentation. You will complete info. About this report and all the options ( like user wise restrictions) in this report. I have used this report once. It is really useful.

I am afraid that there might not be any such report.

But surely you can find out using some admin tools. You will need to check out SCOT tx.
