create user disabled in SU01

Hi Experts!!

I want create a new users by SU01 transaction, but I can't create this user.

I have a SAP_ALL profile!!

Any Idea??

Hi,

Is CUA implemented in your landscape ? If yes then you would not get this option in child systems and you have to create user from CUA.

Hi,

Strange. May be you can check it by assigning SAP_New profile. Because i am not sure whether full authorization of SU01 comes in SAP_All or SAP_New profile.

In cases of a missing buttons it will help sometimes to upgrade SAP GUI and/or SAP kernel.

Hi Experts!!!!

Now I have SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW profiles and it continue the same...

It wont be Kernel issue because in other client and this operatiion appear.

Hi,

It's very strange when you have sap_all and sap_new profile already..This is happen only if your If you company has CUA. then you can find that option only in the central systems all the child systems do not have the create button

In the general you can create user in su01 if you have the authorization object S_USER_GRP.

When you have SAP_All profile then it's must be there but check once from the following path if you have this authorization or not..

Used T-code SUIM -> Where_usedList>For Auth Objects> S_USER_GRP --> User Master

You will get list of users, having this authorization Please check if your ID is there or not..

1) Logoff from current session, relogin and try

2) Update the latest patch of SAP GUI with latest version

If same appears, what are the other options you are able to find on SUO1 screen?
