Within our Demand Planning book's intereractive planning change mode in SAPAPO/SDP94, we see that our Basic Value key figure shows no data prior to the month of 04/2011. but we have historical sales data for five years back.
We believed the Basic Value is necessary in every month because it determines what our key figure Corrected Demand will be corrected back to. In other words we believed that if a demand quantity is corrected, it gets changed to the Basic Value of the preceding value. We do not understand why there isn't a Basic Values showing up prior to 4/2011 if there is five years worth of sales history?
What we are seeing is there is data in our key figure Corrected Demand prior to 04/2011, but our key figure Corrected History is correcting back to a value of "0" in months previous to 04/2011 because there is no Basic Value prior to 04/2011.
