add internal note to contract SRM 4.0

Hi,

We are facing issue with contract for internal note in Documents and Attachments Tab in item detail.

when i add a internal note, it disappear. But when i do the same with vendor it work fine.

I'm waiting for your guidance.

If I remember correctly, for SRM4.0, in order to add a note/long text, you have to click the "Copy" button after you enter the text. That's the only way that the texts get saved.

Hi Jay,

I enter text for internal note and i click on the copy button COPY and i save, but the text disappears.

I do the same for Vendor text and it works fine.
