Hi,

i am running the VL09 t.code here i am getting this error message " Cancellation date & is before the goods issue date & ". message is VL626. what is the probem here?

The message is self explantory. When you execute VL09, the system will display the list of deliveries, based on your selection criteria. The list will show the actual PGI date also. Select the delivery for which you want reversal, then click on the define date button on the top. Then enter the date in the Local Date field, which should be later than the actual PGI date. Then proceed.

If delivery has been reversed on current period. You must post it

again on period desired (if it not closed) according

LIKP-WADAT_IST field.

But one thing is clear, in the standard system, it is not allowed to

cancel the goods issue on a date that lies BEFORE the actual goods issue

date.
