Hello Gurus,

I'm new to Campus Management and wanted to know:

Data showed into t-code PIQST00: where is it grabbed from?

I was checking and found that: Infotypes 1000, 1001 and subtype A532 contains most of the involved info.

But wanted to know particularly where are Student's De-Registration data saved.

I hope you kindly can help. Thanks a lot in advance.

Bernardo

Hello Prabhat,

I was interested in particular in the fields:

HRP1769-BEG_PROCESS

HRP1769-END_PROCESS

Those ones can also be found (their "meaning") by checking vs table T7PIQPROCESS (Ref.: PROCESS field).

You solved my issue. Points assigned. Thanks a lot.

Dear Bernardo,

The Student File contains all of the student's academic data and financial data. It is divided in three main elements;

- BP Business Partner for student financials;

- ST-object for student personal data

- CS-object for student academic data (hence; admission data, registration data, de-registration data, etc).

These object are the main components to which all other elements are related to. Think of qualifications (CQ), grades (on SM), etc, etc.

Here some more info on top of the real valuable information of Prabhat;

When a student is first registered on a program, the system creates a study object (CS) and opens the first study segment. When the student de-registers from this program, the system closes this study segment.

The study segment is an infotype (=1769) of the study object (CS) which is created when you create a registration. The study segment contains the additional data from relationship 513 (ST u2013 SC). The study segment is closed (= delimited) when the student de-registers from the program.
