Own transaction type not shown in result list (transaction monitor)

Hello,

I created a new transaction type ZLFN (derived from SLFN).

Most things work fine, but the transactions for the users - "S_SMC_47000009 - For processing by me" & "S_SMC_47000002 - Reported by me" - do not show the support messages created.

My assumption is, that I have to enter the new transaction type in some selection - but where??

Can anybody help me?

you can see the problem when launching transaction SE93 with transaction name i.e. S_SMC_47000002.

the variant behind the preconfigured variant is "SAP_MY_SLFN"

going to transaction CRM_DNO_SERVICE_MONITOR you will find out that the variant has the SLFN fix stored as "Transaction Type".

you have to change the variant and add your transaction type ZLFN to get the correct result.

Hi,

if m not sure exactly your issue..

Try either of this

1) You need to set up the parameter PROCESS_TYPE as ZLFN in DNO_CUST04.

or

2) Just try to set the Settings -> layouts-> trasnsaction types.

check and update.
