Hello,
I have some problems when I try to edit a document (MS Word 2010) in the SAP netweaver portal. I have installed the last version of Active Component Framework (ACF712SP00_34-20006190.exe). When I click to menu File, MS Word hans.
This happens only in MS Word 2010.
Please any suggestions?

Try the suggestion in note 1408098 (add essential menu items to the Quick Access Toolbar.

If by any chance you are using a older template file, ensure that the template has been updated by the Office 2010 program

I have tried to add add essential menu items to the Quick Access Toolbar, but when i clik the print & priview button, MS word will crash.
By any chance is this Office 2010 64bit?
I only ask since the 64bit is not supported.

The version of Windows 7 en MS office 2010 is x32 bit.
