SRM LAC - problem to connect multiple users to Java Applet

Hello,

We are using SRM Live Auction (SRM 7 LAC2.0).

Vendors submitted their auctions with Java applet session by connecting to terminal server which installed on our DMZ.

We have a problem that only about 5 vendors are able to run the Java applet in parallel mode, the sixth vendor getting an error: No Java 2 SDK, standard Edition v 1.3 support for APPLET !!

Any idea for this problem? is there any limit for multiple users for Java applet?

Dear Ronen,

To be informed to the vendor users to download and install on they computer files Java SE 6 Update 29

is available at the link below:

http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html.

Then restart the computer and try again to open and using the Live Auction transaction.
