Automatic Yearly Review of Documents

Is it possible with SAP Document Distribution to send out automatic yearly reviews of documents?

I.E. every June 1st, a certain work instruction is routed for review whether the document was changed or not.

Hi,

I am not sure if it is possible to achieve this using Document distribution, but what I have done in the past is created a characteristic called 'Next Review Date' with a date specified.

A report can then be easily drawn monthly/weekly or daily on documents that are due for review within a specified period directly from CV04N.

This can also be automated with a simple ABAP program to notify someone.
