Objects in different SWC

Hi All,

I have a scenarrio in which my source message type resides in a SWC (Say CAUVERY1.0 of SAP.com) and my target message type resides in another SWC(say Thames1.0 of SAP.com). My message mapping and Interface Mapping resides in first SWC(CAUVERY1.0 of SAP.com).

This is JDBC-XI-ABAP Proxy scenario. Now the target msg needs to go to the proxy in second SWC (Thames1.0 of SAP.com)

Will this scenario throw any error at run time? Has any one came across such scenarios. Any help is appreciated.

(P.S I cant test the scenario now hence this post in forum)

Thanks & Regards,

Jai Shankar.

hi,

this is a standard cross SWC scenario

it should work without any problems

you can even have mapping in another SWC

Hi ,

If your design and configuration are correct then you wont get error. You can design your interface with different SWC.
