I have an issue with SAP Gui for HTML.
I am using transaction MIR4 through SAP Gui for HTML. In this transaction after searching for invoice document, I have created attachment as external URL. Once attachment fot created it displays globe sign before that. After clicking on that globe sign it suppose to open new browser window which should open that URL. But in my case after clicking on that globe sign just wait sign comes for few seconds and nothing happens after that.
If I try to follow same steps using SAP GUI for windows, it works perfectly fine.
Kindly help me to find what could be reason for this.
