Man-hours required for implementation of various SOLMAN components?

Hello SOLMAN experts!

Do you know where I can find a SAP guidance for calculation of man-hours required for implementation & setup of various SOLMAN components such as EWA, CHARM, CTS?

I've never seen a guide but the amount of hours depends on a lot of things and can make the time swing from weeks to months quickly. A few things to consider are:

1. How experienced is the person or team configuring the system?

2. Is this a standard installation or custom?

3. Will there be a dedicated Basis person on the team or will you need for the Basis team to find time to help you?

4. How well does this need to be documented?

Hi,

As right said by above,

EWA and monitoring set up depends on number of system in your landscapes too.

For standard installation of Service desk will take 4 to 6 week.

There are some threads before where ppl discussed, but unfortunately I didnt find any.
